Sales Policy

  • The maximum period to request the return of a product is 14 working days from receipt of the order.
  • Within this period, if the customer is not satisfied, he may request a refund of the amount paid for the purchases made, by sending us an email.
  • We will contact the customer to agree on the form of return of the item.
  • We will refund the amount at the time we have verified the receipt and condition of the item subject to the return. The return may not take place in any case if the product is not sent in perfect condition and properly protected, and provided that they have not been manifestly the object of a use that prevents the product from being in the same conditions in which it was acquired.
  • The refund of the amount paid will be made through the means of payment used in the purchase and within a period not exceeding thirty days.
